My producing practice centres relationships as a core and necessary ingredient for gathering, telling stories, and building community. Producers create a thriving environment for the artists, audience, community, land, and everything they bring with them.

2023: European Theatre Academy Fellow — invited to join 16 theatre professionals from across Europe and North Africa in Avignon to discuss and develop international theatre collaborations with mentorship and expert lectures from leading professionals of the international theatre scene.

2021-2024: Artistic Producer for the Paprika Festival — a youth-run performing arts festival celebrating the work of young and emerging artists. Paprika Festival has six professional training programs that culminate in an annual week-long festival of new work created, designed and performed by emerging artists. Paprika holds Accessibility, Community, Artistic Development, and Youth Leadership as its core values, and I’m honoured to be stewarding this award-winning and beloved organization as it enters its 2nd decade of operations.

2018-2021: Online Content Producer for Generator — a mentoring, teaching, and innovation incubator for indie artists, producers and leaders. I managed Generator’s ArtistProducerResource.com website, an online wikipedia for producing live performance in Canada, and a resource for many first-time, early in craft, and established producers across the country. I also ran Instagram and YouTube, commissioned new content development, and organized online fundraising efforts

2020: Social Media Producer for Carlos Bulosan Theatre’s Tales from the Flipside Festival

2019: Social Media Producer for The Winter’s Tale by Shakespeare in the Ruff

2017: Lead Coordinator of Reading the 49 — a free monthly play reading group organized by fu-GEN Asian Canadian Theatre Company promoting work by un-produced and under-produced women of colour in Canada.
