Keshia lives, works, and loves transnationally: as a citizen and uninvited guest on stolen, colonized lands, and a temporary resident in the centre of empire. Questioning, witnessing, and holding accountable legacies of colonialism, bloodshed, profiteering, exploitation and neutrality of Switzerland and Germany. Embracing and committing to celebrating, presencing, and uplifting the past, present, and future caretakers of Tkarón:to: the Anishnaabe, including the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee Peoples from the Six Nations Confederacy of the Grand River, the Wendat, and Indigenous, Metis and Inuit peoples across Turtle Island who have, continue to, and will live and love here as long as the sun shines, the grass grows, and the river flows. Recognizing stewardship as a shared responsibility of all those who reside on these territories in the spirit of the Dish With One Spoon Wampum. Guided by this teaching, learning and unlearning the true history of lands that they are grateful to call home.

The only liberation is a shared liberation. Free Palestine. Free Palestine. Free Palestine.
